What you need to know

Drug Panels

We test for a wide range of substances, from our most popular panels to more specialist options. The Common 9 covers frequently encountered drugs including cannabis, cocaine, and opiates, while the Extended 18 adds antidepressants, antipsychotics, and less common opioids like buprenorphine and tramadol, all with the same three-day turnaround at no extra cost. For more specialist needs, we also test for novel psychoactive substances (NPS), psilocybin, and many more, giving you comprehensive coverage whatever the situation.

The process

The process requires only a small sample of hair, usually taken from the scalp or body. It’s quick, non-invasive, and highly accurate. We follow the Society of Hair Testing’s guideline that 1cm of scalp hair growth represents approximately one month. This allows us to segment the hair and map out a timeline of use, giving a month-by-month breakdown. When scalp hair isn’t available, body hair can be used, and failing that, nail clippings.
